Alamo High Pressure Cleaning has been power washing high rise and commercial buildings in Edmonton and surrounding area since 1997 including the Telus Towers, Monnex Tower and Edmonton World Trade Center.

Members of Alamo High Pressure Cleaning have been cleaning buildings in Edmonton and Toronto since 1992 with such buildings in Toronto including the C.N. tower (1750 feet).

Alamo High Pressure Cleaning has employees with certified rigging and supervisory tickets to insure swing stage, scaffold and man lift safety at all times.

Wet / Dry Steam

Utilizing wet and dry steam pressures ranging from 600 to 900 psi at 10 gpm and temperatures ranging from ambient to 350 degrees (dry steam), Alamo High Pressure Cleaning. can remove tar or pitch from concrete, oil from surfaces, residues from process equipment and clean heat exchangers. To maximize cleaning effectiveness, we add specialty environmentally friendly chemicals, detergents, degreasers and bases as needed.

Fleet Wash

Alamo High Pressure Cleaning currently holds several ongoing contracts with such companies as Purolator and Northern Crane. We complete a full-service maintenance on both equipment and vehicles, ranging in size.

Our fleet maintenance service program provides a high standard of quality assurance and customer satisfaction. This service is mobile, we come to you.

High Pressure Parkade / Parking Lot Washing

Alamo High Pressure Cleaning has a wide range of equipment in order provide all level Parkade high pressure washing, drain flushing and sump cleaning. Along with pressure washing, we have our mobile riding parkade sweep and scrub machines to clean much larger areas.  With our mobile ability we are able to quickly clean an entire parkade / parking lot in a matter of a few hours. We also clean sidewalks, driveways, patios, parking lots, streets and any other  'concrete' area.    

Historical Building Restoration

Alamo High Pressure Cleaning was founded in 1997 for the sole purpose of bringing over 20 years of related experience in high-rise rigging of SWING stage, scaffolding, bolsum chair, man lifts and pressure washing all together in order to bring pressure washing to new heights.

In the summer of 2001 Alamo High Pressure Cleaning was asked to look at the Grand Union Hotel in Athabasca Alberta to see if we were capable of removing the high lead content (2000 parts per million) paint off the exterior of the three story building.

June Kim (the building owner) was looking for a federal grant from the Alberta Historical Foundation in order to have her building designated a historical landmark which was built in 1913 and completely covered in lead based paint in the early 1950's. Dave Murray's architecture firm based in Edmonton Alberta was hired as the consultant for this project, we were able to agree that out of several companies from both Alberta and Saskatchewan Alamo was the best candidate to under go this extraordinary task and was granted the contract that was completed in 6 weeks.

Alamo High Pressure Cleaning was granted the contract not only because of it's rigging and pressure washing experience but also that Alamo High Pressure Cleaning was fully capable in dealing with the liquid waste (water with lead paint mixed) with methods that would save the customer approx. $70,000.00 using the methods Alamo High Pressure Cleaning has perfected over the years.

After the extraction process was completed and the waste water is tested, the final shipment on this particular project was approx. 850 lbs. of contaminated waste that was disposed of according to provincial standards, instead of approx. 300,000 lbs. (30,000 gals) of water used with lead paint chips, so the bottom line is Alamo High Pressure Cleaning was able to save both the government and the customer 10's of thousands of dollars.

Alamo High Pressure Cleaning is extremely proud that in most cases we are able to use newly advanced environmentally and biodegradable safe products as well as containment procedures for added assurance. We are constantly committed these processes.

Graffiti Removal & Protection

Alamo High Pressure Cleaning has been removing graffiti through-out Edmonton and area for several years with such clients as The City of Edmonton (Asset Management and Transportation Departments), Black Gold area school board, St. Albert school board and a great many commercial property management companies.

We are pleased to be one of the leading graffiti removing companies with an extremely high success rate in removing graffiti and all remaining shadow without damage to porous and non-porous substrates.

The products that we use in removing graffiti are all environmentally safe (biodegradable) and have been approved by the City of Edmonton after extensive testing.

We are proud to say that if the graffiti is of a racist, vulgar or derogatory nature that we will have a crew on site for removal within 24 hours.

De-Scaling

Alamo High Pressure Cleaning has several customers that regularly require de-scaling of equipment and plumbing lines, such as commercial boilers, the Molson Brewery Plant's bottle washer units, and any other associated plumbing lines. We are able to remove scale using a combination of product and high pressure vibrating tip wands or high pressure snakes.

Sidewalk Washing

Alamo High Pressure Cleaning has several types of cleaning units for pressure washing your sidewalks and building fronts including rotary sidewalk washers and pressure washers that all produce 3500 PSI at 5 GPM. Our pressure washers can also produce hot water and even steam to remove unsightly stains and gum.

We also are able to pressure wash complete building fronts and awnings .
